Going from A to "a full C" (don't know what cup size I am yet, this is the doctors estimate pre op). I've been told that the dr wants me to go braless and not to massage the implants post op. The reason to not massage is due to the type of implant (Motiva 265cc silicone). I guess not wearing a bra is ok because my implants are smaller so they don't need as much support while dropping. But no massage? I don't want to risk capsular contracture.
