When can I do hot yoga and sauna after Vobella lip filler?

I recommend following up with your Doctor about their protocol regarding exercise after your procedures. I typically ask patients to wait a day before exercising. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

After injection of any lip filler, swelling is normal and gradually subsides in the next two weeks. I send all my patients home with verbal as well as written post treatment instructions that include all the do's and don’ts.  Any activity that worsens the swelling or slows down the recovery should be avoided. During the first 24 to 48 hours I recommend abstaining from exercise, hot sauna, face down massages, hot shower with water hitting your face, alcohol consumption and salty food consumption.
