3 months post op, rejection, infection after implants? Is this need urgent review or should I wait? (photos)

I am having a shooting, stabbing pain in breast (mostly left one) from time to time around nipples (donut 400mls 3months ago) appears abses which bursts and heal, leaving ugly scars and causing more pain (deep inside). I am experiencing lots of weird dizziness and headache,no fever or redness. I am confused. Apart, my left breast bottomed out and continues falling making a skin fold... my abroad augmentation went completely wrong! Looking for local professional help... but all far date

Thanks for the question. 5 months is still early to say something. You should wait more 4-6 weeks. Because 6-12 months is enough time to see the permanent results for the breast lift operation. I wish you all the best.
