I am 8 weeks pregnant and dread going a year or more without botox (as I plan to breastfeed). What can I do to stop the rot?

I have been getting regular botox +fillers for over a decade(very natural look, I'm about preservation not transformation).I also get regular light peels and IPL.I am now pregnant,& I am hoping to breastfeed too, so in theory, I will be 12-18 months without botox. I am terrified I will look about 100! I have the best skincare, so I am covered on that front, but there is nothing quite like a bit of tox for a fresh-face.WHAT- if anything can i do to preserve my lovely skin whilst pregnant/feeding?

Remember to always stay hydrated and moisturized along with adding your sunscreen for protection. We all have choices to make in life. you have to understand that a pregnancy, especially a healthy one will not have a poor effect on your body. In fact, in many patients their skin looks better while they're pregnant than prior to their pregnancy. As long as you eat healthy, hydrate yourself well and do not gain more than 15 to 20 lb, your skin will not be affected poorly.  Also remember that everything you ingest or put on your skin becomes absorbed into your body and in some form delivered to the unborn baby, so I would be careful with using too many skin products as well. Using simple moisturizers is probably the best way to go during a pregnancy. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
