Hate the feel of attachment glue/resin smeared on my teeth. Any suggestions?

It is normal for the teeth to feel different if something has
been added to it. After you brush your teeth few times it will feel much
better. When it’s done properly it should have absolutely no damage to your
teeth.

Yes, sometimes teeth feel different after attachment placement. After removal of the attachments, the teeth should be smooth again.

Listen to Dr. Sunga.  When you have the aligner in you shouldn't feel anything.  You should be wearing them almost all the time. 

Hello, MaryDublin.  It may just take some time to get used to the feeling.  If after a few days or a week, it doesn't feel better, I would suggest contacting your orthodontist and scheduling an appointment to go in and have it checked.  Another thing, are you wearing you Invisalign all the time?  If you aren't then I suggest wearing them as much as possible.  The only times you the aligners should be out of your mouth is when you are, eating, drinking anything but water, and brushing/flossing your teeth.  If you have your aligners in, you shouldn't feel any roughness from the attachments.
