Can you get a BBL and add fat to your breast implants?

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your question, the ideal first is that if you already had a surgical procedure wait for the time of inflammation to finish to see your actual size, and 6 months later you can evaluate with a certified plastic surgeon to see if you apply for a liposuction with bbl.If you do not have fat, the surgeon will determine what other technique he will use with you.

I’m sorry that you are dissatisfied with your recent procedure’s results. Breast augmentation with fat transfer is still in the experimental stage, and it’s currently not recommended by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Therefore, I would recommend you having a breast augmentation with implants procedure instead, 3-6 months after you’ve fully recovered from Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery, to enhance your breasts’ size and appearance. Based on my experience, after performing BBL surgery you must avoid sitting or sleeping on your buttocks for at least 8 weeks or else the desired outcome will be negatively affected. Putting pressure on your bottom by sitting down or laying on it during the recovery period can stiffen, deform and even cause the transplanted fat cells to reabsorb. On the other hand, if you get a breast augmentation revision done at the same time, you’ll be required to sleep on your back and keep your upper body elevated or else you would hurt the results. Hence, it wouldn’t be suitable to get all procedures performed at once.With regards to size, the maximum implant size for the revisionary surgery would depend on the base diameter of your breasts which will be measured by your plastic surgeon. Going beyond the recommended size based on your breast parameters is associated with higher complications. An experienced plastic surgeon would need to evaluate you in person to assess your candidacy for BBL and breast implants surgery at the moment. Hi and thanks for your question.  Based on what you've told us, it is better that you just put whatever limited fat you have to the buttocks area.  At the same time, you may exchange breast implants for bigger ones. Please discuss your options with your board certified plastic surgeon.  Best wishes!
