This might be a silly question.. but I stepped outside for a total of 5 minutes and came back inside covered in bites. Not sure if it’s mosquito or spider, I’m my butt and hips are now so itchy and it hurts. I’m afraid their nasty venom or all he itchiness will effect my results? Is this something I should worry about ?
