I would recommend against face and neck lifting given the photos. I think midface volumization with fat or with filler to the infraorbital rims and malar regions would create a feminine contour, possibly with a lateral canthoplasty. Buccal fat may also be beneficial. Any surgery such as rhinoplasty or jaw surgery would result in a prolonged recovery so always best to avoid unless these are key problem areas for you.

FFS to enhance femininity. You will get the most feminization with a conservative rhinoplasty to remove the small hump, project and refined the tip as well as correcting your columella. Also, this would include straightening your nose. You would also benefit from small cheek implants. Absolutely NO TEMPORAL BROWLIFT! This would make you look evil. This is based on my 50 years of facial feminization surgery look at the results of surgeons who are experienced and can show you multiple photos of their work with a natural appearance.
