Procedure to slim/feminize face shape?

How can i feminize my face a bit more? I was thinking the lower part of my face appears heavy, i am 25, however my cheeks have always looked this way since I was a young child. I I do not mind round cheeks but i would like the bottom to be more V shaped (look at last pic laying down) how can I achieve that? I am not sure if injecting masseter muscle will slim the lower half, or buccal fat removal or chin implant. I want to be cautious i do not age myself just feminize more

Based on your photos alone you may want to consider buccal fat removal, chin implant and potentially FaceTite to slim the lower face and cheeks. None of these procedures leave a visible scar, and they can all be done in the office under local anesthesia with minimal downtime. The best course of action would be to have an in-person consultation because it is difficult to tell from the photos alone how much your mandible (jaw bone) and masseter muscles may be contributing to the widened shape. We could also discuss the nuances and best approach in terms of where to begin.
