Hi. I am F 39 and i got facial fat grafting done two years ago . Now no matter how much I lose weight my face especially my lower face is fatty and drooping . My jaw cant be seen its like my cheeks have dropped and no amount of threads is fixing this . i get infini done and got threads done. this is before and afrer pics please tell me how to get my jawline back.
Answer: Consider your options for improving your appearance Thank you for your question and photos. You may benefit from RF microneedling to treat the lower face drooping you’re referring to. This treatment option uses radiofrequency technology to stimulate the body’s natural collagen production and restore the skin’s elasticity to tighten and contour sagging skin. If submental fat is a concern, you may also want to consider Kybella injections to dissolve fat cells under the chin and create a more contoured jawline. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector. They will be able to discuss your concern and aesthetic goals with you to help you decide on the best approach.

Answer: Fatty, droopy face after fat grafting Thank-you for your question. At this time , Invasive radio frequency can help, like ThermiTight or Facetite, which can dissolve some fat while tightening the skin. It has, of course, to be performed very carefully in this region. Please find an experienced board certified specialist who can examine you and help you with your concerns. All the best!

Answer: Facial aesthetics, fat grafting and two years To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures taken at appropriate time intervals. If you don’t have those then ask the surgeon who did the procedure to forward the ones they took. If you don’t have those then at least include the exact areas where the fat transfer was placed. Two years is actually a pretty significant time period to have changes and facial appearance for young people. Two years is enough time to show signs of facial aging which begins quite early though this is more prominent in younger age individuals. Primary issues with facial aesthetics on young people is almost exclusively based on bone structure. Soft tissue coverage tends to be very consistent and is usually not the underlying cause or a problem. Your pictures are insufficient to make an accurate assessment. Issues with Jawline definition are almost always related to individuals who have a mandible that is small or lacking in projection in comparison to their maxilla. This will often also include people who have dental overbite occlusion , profile pictures often show the upper lip as having more forward to projection than the lower lip, individuals may develop a premature double chin especially if overweight, a lack of jawline definition and eventually the formation of premature jowls. These are not always present but are sometimes present in individuals who have aesthetic issues related to mandible size and shape. Issues with the mandible can be in different parts of the mandible including the body of the mandible or the mentalis or the chin. The shape and size of the mandible has a direct influence on how the underlying platysma muscle drapes the neck. To get a quality assessment I suggest having multiple in person consultations with both plastic surgeons and oral surgeons. Despite including multiple pictures and history previous treatments your post does not give us enough quality information to give you a good assessment nor a good recommendation. Sometimes people are better off excepting a body and face they were given. at tense of improvement especially permanent procedures should be thought through carefully and only done after having thoroughly vetted a sufficient number of providers to know you’re on the hands of someone who can consistently deliver quality results. This requires properly vetting providers by having multiple in person consultations. Before having any procedure you should ask providers to show you their entire collection of before and after pictures especially pictures of previous patients who have very similar facial characteristics to your own. Provider selection is paramount. In the end the two variables that matter are patient candidacy(this includes making an accurate assessment with a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is) combined with the skill and experience of the provider.
