What can be done to improve my blepharoplasty scar?

Hello I had an blepharoplasty upper eyelid surgery On 24 May 2022 , I do live he out one of my eyes but there are couple things I'm annoyed the left eye has A very visible dark scar and as well I can see like a small lump , moreover the right eyes has this visible as well scar that look like a line , I really wan get rid of those it feels bad to have done an surgery and it shows that it wasn't good one ? Can any one advise me that to do ? My surgeon told me he'll correct it but stitches
