I have a surgical scar on my cheek. I had bioalchemid injected in my cheek many years ago, tried to have it removed via syringe suction but I think the dr ended up removing some of my facial fat. I had fat transfer done twice (the second time it was done with fat that was removed via the first fat transfer but stored and turned into stem cells). The second time when the fat transfer was done, I think the dr went deep into my cheek and I ended up with inflammation, with a granola forming. The granuloma was surgically removed, leaving me with a depressed scar and hyperpigmentation. I have tried different lasers including PICO which helped with the pigmentation but the depressed surgical scar bothers me. I am scared to have surgical scar revision. I am wondering whether injecting filler into the scar will help. Any better solutions? Thank you
