I am looking to get a face lift and buccal fat removal. However, one side of my jaw is flat because I suffered from UCH ,so I need to get a mandibular implant on one side. Also, because of a previous procedure which was incorrectly done, I have a deviated septum and need to get a septo rhinoplasty done. How many procedures can I have done in one sitting, or do I need two sittings to get the work I need done?(Got excess face fat and loose skin because of excess bone cut previously)
