Any recommendations for any specific type of facewash or cleanser that should be used for the face after rhinoplasty?

Its is best to ask your surgeon.  However, I start my patients on an exfoliating face wash pre surgery and follow with gentle enzymatic masks on the nose which remove the built up debris and reduce inflammation.  You need your skin assessed prior to commencing specific therapies.  Hope this helps.
