I can't say enough about Dr.Greco! I came in thinking I was a candidate for Lipo! Dr Greco showed me why I would NOT be a good candidate for that and suggested a tummy tuck with hernia repair! I have a tattoo that is very special to me on my hip! He is so good he granted my wishes and was able to save my tattoo and my scar is right in my bikini line! All I can say is after 4 kids this was the best decision I made! I'm only 9 days post op and I feel great! Once I can stand up straight and sutures are removed I'm sure I will be more than pleased!
Dr. Greco is THE best plastic surgeon in the southeast, hands down. His dedication to perfection and attention to his patients and their needs/desires set him apart from other plastic surgeons and creates consistently beautiful results. Dr. Greco is a surgeon AND an artist. I could not be happier with the enhancements/improvements he has made to my body. I have referred several friends and even some strangers to Dr. Greco and will continue to do so. He really is a rare find.
I exercise a few times a week but I have never in my life had a flat stomach. Due to menopause, my stomach had gotten larger and I looked dumpy. I'm 5'1 and weigh about 125 - but my midsection was making me look and feel terrible about myself. I had a tummy tuck three weeks ago and all I can say is - why did I wait? Love the team and NuBody Brentwood!
I've had both AquaLipo and a tummy tuck with Nubody after an 80 pound weight loss and I couldn't be happier! The doctors and staff are wonderful there! During my lipo with Dr. Emerson we were laughing and talking which was great because it takes your mind off of the procedure. The results of my lipo were amazing, especially on my back! My tummy tuck with Dr. Greco was a very good experience as well. Minimum pain and swelling and the results are mind blowing! The staff is so sweet and they seem genuinely happy about your results. I would and have recommended Nubody to others!
First of all I would love to thank you guys I'm always in this page. I met Dr. Greco from Nubody Concepts in Brentwood Tn. because I have been to Nubody Concepts before in Memphis Tn., I've had other procedures done there in the past. Nubody Concepts staff is wonderful and answered all my questions . I got prepped and went in surgery at 8:45 am and surgery ended at 10:30 am felt kind of dizzy nausea as soon as I went to my hotel room as soon as I ate something I started feeling better Updated on 12 Jun 2015: Updated on 9 Jul 2015: I'm still swollen and have some pain but not as bad as before.
I will be having a breast augmentation silicone round gel by Mentor and smartlipo, and I am looking for some advice and reviews, I am a little bit concern about how can affect my back the implants wait and I still making decisions about if I want under or over the muscle, I am nervous about the pain. Updated on 3 Dec 2016: I was with my surgeon this week he confirm me the 500 cc round mentor implants under the muscle and how my tummy and waist are going to end. I am excited to see the result he told me I will be looking great because my skin and the volume of my breast are great and will be looking natural. I was working out in the last months and the hard part to me is work with my tummy and waist fat. I do. It have enough time to really work hard in the gym so the smartlipo is a great option to me to get it off this fat I really hate. I have always been very small chested and after having 4 kids in I now have basically nothing but nipples. I am planning on getting 450cc saline unders just hoping for it 2 be done already. I'm really hoping that in not going to being for my body size but I don't want to still be to small at the same time Updated on 30 Mar 2016: I have a big problem is just got back from taking my kids to Disney world and Daytona Beach for spring break and ba is in 7 days and I'm peeling from getting sunburned. My mother is full blooded Italian and pretty dark skinned so like her I've never been sun burned before will the peeling be over by then and if not will that make me have to postpone my surgery Updated on 2 Apr 2016: Only 4 days left before surgery and I'm getting really excited about it. It feels like time is moving so slow. I went for a second consultation last week and have decided to go with 500cc saline unders instead of 450. I really hope it doesn't make me look to top heavy or fake. Updated on 5 Apr 2016: Well tomorrow is the big day. I am so excited. I have decided to go with 500cc saline unders instead of 450. I really don't want to be hit with boob greed but nervous that I will look to top heavy and fake also. My mind is racing today and my nerves are going crazy. Updated on 12 Apr 2016: How long does the pain last it has been 6 days now and I'm still hurting Updated on 17 Apr 2016: It has been 11 days since my surgery and Thursday night I started leaking something out of my right side my doctor thinks that it is just fat but I'm really scared of what it could be
MCS, thanks for your question. I'll be totally honest with you, I do not feel that 9 units will do anything noticeable - even for someone like you who is looking for more of a prevention of wrinkles. The Glabella is an area that is made up of three muscles that pull the brow in and down. These coordinated actions can create the dreaded 11s. I have tried several times to use less than 20 units in the glabella to soften the action of these muscles as the patient wanted to be cost conscious and I have always been disappointed with those results; I almost always wind up adding more. It's not a bad approach to start out small because you can always add more, but I would not plan on a maintenance Botox plan of 9 units to keep the aesthetic look you are shooting for, especially since you describe yourself as expressive and using these muscles a lot. Just like doing squats for the butt, highly expressive muscles in the face are in better "shape" and stronger requiring more Botox to decrease their movement. Best, DrG
Etymonk. Thanks for reaching out. I say it very often, but sometimes we are our own worst critics. In evaluating your photos it appears that you have a well-defined jawline, which portrays youthfulness. When it comes to the skin and soft tissue you feel is extra, there are a couple of things that can improve the feel and firmness of the tissue that are minimally invasive - meaning that the treatment would be under the skin through a couple of small nicks in the skin. I use radiofrequency energy - fancy term for controlled heat - to tighten the skin and soft tissue of the jawline and neck. I also use a laser to accomplish the same. I would look into a procedure like that. However, just on your photos and not having the opportunity to examine your face, I would think the change in look would be minimal after the procedure because you are already at a nice starting point. The benefit would be in the firmness of the skin and how much you feel you can pinch. Best. DrG
Taelor. It's hard to tell exactly what is troubling you from the photos as you look very fit. I can see some slight dimpling to the skin in the area you are pointing out, but I would need to examine you to tell if any kind of intervention would really improve on the look. A couple of things come to mind as possibilities including the use of the Triplex laser to break up bands and tighten the skin in that area if it needs it. Best, DrG
I few units (4-9, depending on the strength of your muscle action on examination) in the mentalis will help. Be wary of injectors who recommend more. Too much Botox in the chin area or in the wrong location can hit some of the depressor labii inferioris (DLI) and/or the depressor angulii oris (DAO) muscles. If these muscles cannot perform their action the mouth can have an odd appearance; especially if there is too much Botox in the DAO which can lead to a "joker's smile." Choose an experienced injector. Best, DrG
Michelle. Thanks for the inquiry. I must say, without photos it is hard for me to think that a 20 year old would need anything done to her face other than great skin care and maybe filler if your lips have deflated significantly after losing 25 lbs. Wherever you go to be evaluated, go to someone reputable and who will be honest with you. There are many practitioners and med-spas out there that just sell, no matter the patient.
