I had accident & stitches were put on upper lip 2 wks ago. Scab has been removed.Need to know if mustache will grow back?(photo)

Thank you for your question and photographs. I am sorry to hear about your injury.  When lacerations result in areas of hair growth (scalp, eyebrows, mustache) there is the possibility that the follicle was permanently damaged and hair growth will not return.  There is no distinct way to know without allowing enough time to pass after your laceration is fully healed.  I am attaching a link that will help minimize your scar appearance.
