You can split the pill ( 5mg) on 4 or 5 pieces. You can find the small machine at the pharmacy to split the pill in easier way. You take 1/4 or 1/5 per day. For your case, the hair transplant can be an option to restore the baldness area as it has an advanced level.

But I will suggest you to cut the 5 mg tablet in 4 pieces (1.25 mg each) then take one piece every day for 3 days and cut the other piece in half (.625) for day 4 and 5 or this is my suggestion plan: 1.25 mgs on days 1, 3, 5 and .625 aprox on days 2 and 4.
