i have similar condition as this pic , i have well developed maxilla and under developed mandible jaw surgery can fix this but i have fine teeth, may be 3 mm overbite which can be corrected with braces. If i move my lower jaw 1 cm forward my face gets symmetry. i dont want chin implant because it does not fix my lips or my symmetry, jaw surgery will fix my droopy lips too. Is it possibe to get BSSO or IMDO or something to increase length of mandible when my teeth are fine. my chin tip is fine too.
