After prolonged drug use, large pieces of my nose are falling off from inside, what is causing this, and what can I do? (photos)

It is impossible to provide a diagnosis based on the appearance of your nasal crusting. Crusting like this may be associated with a septal perforation; and septal perforations are associated with intranasal cocaine and drug use. Intranasal drug use can cause significant damage to the inside of your nose. This can cause a hole (perforation) in your nasal septum and permanent changes to the lining (mucosa). This leads to changes in the airflow through your nose and changes in the quality and quantity of mucus that keeps your noise moist. Ultimately, you develop large mucus crusts that periodically come out of your nose much like in your photos. I would recommend that you see an ENT (otolaryngologist) who can examine the inside of your nose and develop a treatment plan.
