I'm at 6 weeks post op and i've started noticing a drooping in both breasts... I wanted my boobs to be perkyier and asked specifically for this when I had my first consultation, I was told I wouldnt need a lift. I have my 6 week post op appointment tomorrow, so i will be consulting my surgeon about it then to see what can be done. I've done everything my surgeon recommended and I've been very good with my recovery, I havn't done anything i'm not supposed to.. What can I do? Do they get better?

Answer: Breast Sag
Hello
Well firstly your shape is not yet finalised so soon after surgery . The implants will settle in a bit more . Interestingly when implants sit a little high - as yours are currently - the breast looks saggy , and when implants sit lower the nipple tilts upwards and looks perkier .
It will take about 3 more months till you know exactly what shape your breasts are going to have in the long-term . At that stage a lift could be an option if you are so inclined . Remember however that not everyone can have super-perky breasts . The 'footprint' of your breast - where it sits on your chest wall - determines how high it is possible to lift your breasts . Trying to lift them too high can look odd .
Breast sag bothers people to different degrees . The trade-off for a breast lift is of course the extra scarring , so you have to weigh one thing against the other .
So suggest you allow a few more months to pass and then reassess the situation .
Cheers

Answer: Droopy breasts after a breast augmentation
It looks as if you will be a candidate for a breast lift at this point.
Patients often want to avoid scars, and in doing so choose lesser procedures- periareolar lifts with implants are a classic example of this.
At this point your best option is to undergo a breast lift.
