 Silicone gel breast implants do not weigh more than saline breast implants;  actually, silicone gel breast implants weigh slightly less than the same volume of their saline counterparts.

Both saline and silicone implants are FDA approved. Saline implants work well on patients placed subpectorally in patients that have adequate breast tissue and preferentially have not had children. In most cases, they look and feel very similar to silicone gel implants. Silicone gel implants are better in patients that have no breast tissue although the incision is a little longer. Neither implant will cause sagging more than the other. If one has large implants greater than 350cc’s then they tend to sag with both saline and silicone implants.

No , not really. It depends on a lot more things than that. Breast shape, implant shape , implant size , skin envelope laxity.
