I have hollow & skeletal eyes after eyelid correction 1.5 years ago - is there anything that can be done? (Photos)

got hollow and skeletal eyes after eyelid correction. it still feels tight after a year, is there anything that can be done? fat transfer, filler or reverse eyelid surgery? I don't know what to do, I've been unhappy for 1.5 years
