My donor area not healing 10 days after FUE, the wound is tender and white -- what can I do to make it heal? (Photos)

my donor area not healing even after 10 days of FUE , cleaning with betadin and NS(shampooing will start after 16 days of FUE). yellow liquid coming out from few ports , after that liquid become hard and sticking to head mask. grafts are around 2500 most part of skin looks white and light red still wound is tender and painful, after cleaning applying fusidic cream on donor area. Doctor said yellow liquid is not infection. How to heal the donor area faster?
