my donor area not healing even after 10 days of FUE , cleaning with betadin and NS(shampooing will start after 16 days of FUE). yellow liquid coming out from few ports , after that liquid become hard and sticking to head mask. grafts are around 2500 most part of skin looks white and light red still wound is tender and painful, after cleaning applying fusidic cream on donor area. Doctor said yellow liquid is not infection. How to heal the donor area faster?

It is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery issues and care since all doctors have slightly different instructions.

at this stage of the game you should be scrubbing those scabs off at least by day 14. You need to get that all off there because your babying them too much and it cause problems later so just get them all cleaned and re-assess yourself.

It seems like that you have not cleaned the donor area properly. It will be best to visit the same doctor as every doctor has a different post op regime.

Shower daily with soap and hot water - do not apply oil or ointment of any kind. You should improve daily and be healed within 7 days. If not, you need to consult a reputable doctor - possibly a member of the ISHRS.org

I would go back to see your surgeon as you should not have a tender donor wound at this time. I would worry about a possible infection under those crusts which should have come off immediately after the surgery
