Hello @Generous744139 thank you for your question and showing your picture. Body parts do not all have the same size or shape. There are generally certain asymmetries. For example, one eyebrow is different from the other and the same happens with our eyes. Thank you for your question. Combining Botox Cosmetic with an injectable filler treatment may help to lift the brow and refresh the eye to obtain the symmetrical appearance you’re looking for. However, cosmetic procedures are unlikely to address the pain and moisture issues you describe. I recommend that you schedule an in-person consultation with a physician, and an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon to decide on the best treatment plan for your specific concerns.

I encourage you to begin by visiting with an ocular specialist to evaluate the dry eye symptoms and eye pain. Once those issues are resolved if you still have concerns cosmetically, you may be a candidate for Botox.

Hi there, If your concern is about lifting your eyes to have a more awake or refreshed appearance I actually think Upneeq may be a great option for you. Botox in the pretarsal space (upper lid) may help this as well but I think the eye drops would be an easier option.

What you see in your face, is absolutely a normal condition which is observed in 90% of all individuals on this planet where the left eye is slightly more slanted and is higher than the right. The left side of the face is also slightly wider than that on the right. Botox will not help and you should not attempt to correct this presentation as any interference can only cause more damage. Hello, and thanks for your question. The best way to know would be to test it out and see if it works. Botox can work wonders for uneven eyes, but at the same time, you may not get perfect results. My advice is to try it out and see, botox lasts 3-4 months so if you don't like the result, the results aren't permanent. Best of luck to you!
