I have Red spots from post acne.Dark lip an chin area caused by harsh waxing which now looks like I have a mustache around. Its horrible.Open pores and rough skin on inner cheeks and forehead.I have used the 2% salicyclic and 5% glycolic acid facial pads which didn't do much. Clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide and retinoid creams dont work anymore on my skin. I'am currently confused whether I should go for a deeper peel or look for a laser treatment alternate.

Facial pigmentation is a direct cause of hormones, genetics, and sun
exposure. I would recommend a carefully curated combination of laser
therapy, fractional ablation, Covalent peels, and topical Melarase
creams. To start, use Melarase creams for 4 to 6 weeks:
