How do I get rid of uneven skin tone & post acne red, brown spots on left cheek. I am 26 year old Asian/Pakistani woman (Photos)

I have Red spots from post acne.Dark lip an chin area caused by harsh waxing which now looks like I have a mustache around. Its horrible.Open pores and rough skin on inner cheeks and forehead.I have used the 2% salicyclic and 5% glycolic acid facial pads which didn't do much. Clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide and retinoid creams dont work anymore on my skin. I'am currently confused whether I should go for a deeper peel or look for a laser treatment alternate.
