African American 54 year old lady with dark knees and toes and I want to know what I can purchase or do to lighten them up. I think skin on them both is old dead skin???

exposure. I would recommend a carefully curated combination of laser
therapy, fractional ablation, Covalent peels, and topical Melarase
creams. To start, use Melarase creams for 4 to 6 weeks:
