Can a dog scratch affect my breast implant? (photo)

Hi,i was playing with my Staffordshire bull terrier last night when she jumped up to hug me and scratched my breast.There's no blood but 2 tiny blood spots under the skin.It was really red and felt like it was burning a little.Today the marks have gone down but are still there.I've had nerve damage and I think they've bottomed out slightly so I now I'm worried about this!I've attached a pic from last night and this morning so that you can see the scratch.I'm almost 3 and a half yrs post op. Thnks
