Are there any doctors in Florida that perform the Bellesoma/Horndeski method for breast reductions?

i’m looking for a doctor in florida who is willing to and has previously used the bellesoma/horndeski method for a breast reduction. Any part of florida is fine but i currently live in south florida, specifically coral springs.

As you probably already know, The Bellesoma/Horndeski Method is a technique that produces round/perky breasts with minimally visible scarring. The dreaded vertical incision has been completely eliminated due to its inability to produce lasting effects and its propensity to come apart during the healing stage causing weeks/months of wound care. Skin alone cannot hold a breast in place nor keep an aesthetic appearance for very long. Women need internal support to achieve long term results. This is what makes THM different and unique. This method of avoiding a vertical scar in breast reduction results in a much longer inframammary fold scar than typically necessary.  In addition it doesn't shape the breast adequately in most instances and results in medial and lateral dog ears.  This is not an ideal technique for most patients.

I am not an advocate of this technique. Sagging and excessively large breasts sag because of the existence of excess skin surrounding the breast tissue. In order to create the optimal relationship between the breast tissue and the skin-- the skin envelope must be reshaped and reduced. In my opinion, the best way to achieve this is with the inverted T incision. Additionally, bottoming out can occur and may be minimized by the use of certain mesh material.

Not all patients are a good candidate for this method, though in the right patient, it's very reasonable to offer.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons.
