Great question.  Yes, your breast size will most likely reduce post pregnancy, and post-lactation, should you be breast feeding.  However, along with that reduction in size and volume, breast tissue can reduce and breasts are left slightly "emptier".  This can cause some laxity in the skin and your breasts might not appear as high or full.  Some women find this to be great, after having larger breasts but some might miss that fullness and higher nipple height.  It is important to have an evaluation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
