Hello, thank you for your question. The amount of fat that you can transfer to your buttocks depends on how much fat you have to begin with. After liposuction, the fat that is obtained will be processed. The "good" fat can then be placed into the buttocks. With a lot of good fat, 1000 cc's of fat can possibly be injected depending on your body type. It is best to talk to a board certified plastic surgeon in person so that he/she can assess the areas and to be sure that this procedure will work best for you.
Dear kimmyxoxo18,2500cc is a big amount of fat for transfer. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
It’s highly unlikely any plastic surgeon would graft 5 L of fat to your buttocks. That is an inappropriate amount of fat to graft. And aggressive BBL typically hovers at around 1200 mL of fat per side. The most I’ve ever graft it was 1400 mL per side.My average BBL is about 900 mL per side.Patients who want more aggressive results should instead plan on having two rounds of that transfer.Grafting excessive volumes leads to higher percentage of fat graft failure with increased fat necrosis and increased complication rates.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Dear tweety90210, in most cases 30-50% of transferred fat is lost after surgery but after that the remaining fat will be stay there. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information...
For most patients, the improvement in physique that can be made in 2 hours in the operating room cannot be achieved with diet and exercise. Traditional methods of transfer of fat into the gluteal muscles have been abandoned in favor of fat transfer though large cannula to areas directly visible...
Although the procedure can be performed under local anesthesia, this procedure can be extraordinarily painful for the patient. You want the most dramatic transformation possible, and you do not want to be in pain. General anesthesia requires a trained anesthesiologist (I use board certified...
Your health is the most important thing, and, once the OB GYN clears you, you may opt for the procedures. Your health status must be evaluated on an individual basis by your OB/GYN and your plastic surgeon. If there are no complications after the surgical abortion, three months after the...
Hello, thank you for your question. I recommend you to visit your doctor to treat your foot and leg pain, before getting a BBL. Best of luck
