Your health is the most important thing, and, once the OB GYN clears you, you may opt for the procedures. Your health status must be evaluated on an individual basis by your OB/GYN and your plastic surgeon. If there are no complications after the surgical abortion, three months after the abortion may be a reasonable time period.

every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
Please talk to your OB GYN to get clearance for plastic surgery and then I suggest you book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best options for your goals.
