In your photographs, a lot of your excess skin is in the upper abdomen. You may benefit from a breast lift that will pull the upper abdomen up. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for mini abdominoplasty with liposuction to create some definition and a toned appearance. The prior liposuction seems to have left you with some residual contour irregularities which can’t properly be treated conservatively. Ultimately, in order to fix the loose/saggy skin, removing that skin will provide the best long term results. Consult with a few board certified plastic surgeons to determine the option that works best for you. I hope this helps.
