Discoloration caused by milia removal. Will it fade?

My 4 year old child had milia around his eye which has been cut off by his doctor and after the scab removed by it self I noticed discoloration , does it will fade over time or not

Skin discoloration is caused by a pathophysiologic process that leads to increased melanin deposition. In our office, we recommend Melarase creams to reduce the discoloration on the skin from previous procedures. Raffy Karamanoukian MD FACS

The discoloration will fade and likely completely go back to normal. How long that takes depends on how dark your child's normal skin color is (darker skin will stay dark longer) and how well you can avoid the sun (avoid it as much as possible and use a sun block).  Eyelid skin in children heals very well so there may not even be any noticeable scar left.
