Discharge After Breast Augmentation Stitches Removed

After having the breast augmentation stiches removed there's liquid discharge. I had a breast augmantation 12 days ago. The stitches were removed 8 days after the surgery. I believe there was a stitch rupture because there is a small hole in the incision around the nipple. This "hole" bleed in the first day after the stitches removal, but for the past three days there has been a liquid discharge from the incision, it looks a lot like milk (I have never been pregnant). Is it an infection? What should I do? Sorry for my English, it's not my first language.

NO.  TUBA and breast lift is like oil and water. It does not mix and not advised.  The TUBA procedure is a very difficult technique and the majority of Plastic Surgeons stay away from it for good reason. Trying to add a breast lift with it is asking for a complication.  Trust me.
