How difficult is complete removal or reduction of DCF after a year due to improper positioning/3mm shifting directly after OP? Dorsal graft height 7-9mm (excessive height + too narrow b/w radix) curve on side, graft protrusion palpable superior right lateral aspect b/w eyes w/ indent +sharp superficial tissue. Inferior left lat soft tissue lump palpable since post op. (nose looks like a 'forward slash'). Surgeon unwilling to revise. Suggestions appreciated. post op = Petite w/ masculin nose.

Hi,You probably didn't do much harm, but it's impossible to tell from your pictures.The best advice i can give you is to call your surgeon and review your concerns with him/her.Good luck.
I would recommend following up with your surgeon. Each surgeon has specific post-operative guidelines, and your surgeon will able to advise you on how to clean the inside of the nose in the weeks following your procedure. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.
