Accidentally pulled out dissolvable stitch 4 weeks after rhinoplasty...Bad? (photo)

Dissolvable sutures are usually used in the inside of the nostrils. The one you pulled out may be one of those. I would check with your surgeon as they would most likely want to know and can make a better decision about whether any damage was done.
