Hi, I had rhinoplasty 4 weeks ago. Lately I've been gently cleaning the inside of my nose with a Q-tip (only tip inserted) by turning it and apply little pressure. This morning after I removed some boogers there was what seemed to be a long booger, i grabbed it gently with a pair of cleaned tweezers and GENTLY pulled it. It came out, but turned out to be a clear suture/stitch about 1 inch long. I FREAKED out, is this bad. No pain, but there was pressure as i pulled it out.Did I damage something!

Answer: Accidentally pulled out dissolvable stitch 4 weeks after rhinoplasty...Bad?
I would recommend following up with your surgeon. Each surgeon has specific post-operative guidelines, and your surgeon will able to advise you on how to clean the inside of the nose in the weeks following your procedure. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.
