In short, my nose is big, has a hump, the tip is bulbous. I want Lana Del Rey's nose.

Tip and dorsal refinement can produce that type of appearance.Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds  
of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the
