Liposculpture is a term that some surgeons use to describe a technique of utilizing liposuction to etch the superficial fat in order to obtain more delicate contours. This technique is utilized when sculpting abs on a patient’s tummy. A BBL is a technique to enhance the shape and size of the buttocks though liposuction and fat injections. The difference is that Liposuction is the tecnique of suctioning fat with a canulae from deposits aorund the body contour, while Liposculpture contemplates not only the harvest of the fat but also the transfer of it to any other area like the buttocks. So when we transfer the fat we called it Liposculpture, because we are sculpting the body contour by removing fat from one place and trnafering it to another to get harmonic body contour proportions.
