Regret having Laser Hair Removal after 1 session: Will my hair grow back?

Question

After 1 brazilian Laser hair removal (LHR) treatment I decided that I wanted to keep some hair.  Only "after" the LHR session I panicked and have been feeling very uncomfortable since then with my choice to have a brazilian.  So I want to know if it is possible to have a traditional bikini LHR.  Specifically, I want to know if my hair will grow back (even though it has ALL shedded) if do not continue LHR treatment on the mound/labia area.  Also, I want to know if the new thin hairs that grow - if they grow back at all - will thicken if I shave often. At the moment I have no hair and the skin is smooth, but it's been only 3 weeks since my first and only LHR treatment.

Do not worry, usually with one treatment theres not a big difference. The hair grows in 3 different stages, thats why the normal reccomendation is anywhere from 6-8 treatments. You can continue shaving the area and eventually itll be back to normal.. hope this helps

You have nothing to worry about, normally you need a package of 6-8 treatments to see full result. In time your hair will grow back completely.

Complete clearance of the hair via laser hair removal requires multiple treatments, but a single treatment can eliminate some hair. Be certain that your laser technician discusses your goals and that you both outline on a diagram exactly where you want hair removaed before your laser treatment starts
