I just had my procedure today and I have nothing but positive words to write about Dr. Bock and his staff. Dr Bock has been very professional and listened my concerns. They made me feel very calm during the time of the procedure.

Wonderful experience. He was honest and extremely helpful. I am all about keeping them guessing and he didn’t disappoint. I never felt better. I just recently turned 30 and had my first baby. My skin changed and I was insecure. Botox and fillers helped me get my confidence back. I also did the bbl treatment and I am so in love with the natural results!

I had cool sculpting on my love handles. I measured the area before and a few weeks after the procedure. The area was an inch smaller after. My Dr. Offered a 50 % discount if you got the same area treated . So I decided to have a second cool sculpting treatment.I got zero result from the second treatment. I later read on the internet that the first treatment is the most dramatic. So my advice would be- get one treatment, not 2.

I am 61 and exercise regularly. 5'6 and 130 lbs. I had these fat pockets on my flanks that seem to be getting worse with age- so I decided to try cool sculpting. I know it is suppose to take 2 to 3 months to see results. But I am seeing improvements in 3 weeks. Using a tape measure there is already a 1/2 inch reductions in the circumference around my flank area, and visually it looks better. Can't wait to see where I end up in 3 months?!

The procedure itself is pretty easy. I had my flanks done. The first grab of the paddles when she places them on your sides and it closes in- is sort of shocking. It took my breath away for a second. But I would not call it painful. Probably the worst part is lying in one position for an hour. Gets sort of boring and a little uncomfortable. When she put the machine on the other side- I knew what to expect and it is no big deal. The only " painful" part is right after they take the machine off- they massage the area. That did hurt and I had pins and needles and burning. lasted a few minutes. This is really a no down time procedure. I walked out of there and did a Bikram Yoga class that night. A week later the sides are a little numb and itchy. I know it takes months to see results. But I think I am seeing a little decrease in size after a week. I am not overweight at all. 5'7. 130 with a BMI of 22%. But I had these fat pockets on the side of my waist?

I don't know if I am posting under the correct heading. I had a Macs lift one month ago. I am so very happy with how my face & neck look. I think this procedure has taken 20 years off my face. I used to look in the mirror and cringe. Now I look in the mirror and smile. There was definitely some pain involved the first 4 or 5 days. It was hard to sleep and eat. But totally worth it. I'll take a week of pain for 10 years ( or more ) of looking good.

I have minimal abdominal loose skin. I had J-Plazty performed by Gerald Bock. The procedures itself felt as if I was getting tortured alive. I felt every single puncture (he made 10 punctures for which I am badly scared). I ended up in hospital for 3 days with subcutaneous emphysema. It's been almost 2 months and there is no sign of skin tightening results. Doctor Gerald Bock says I need to wait 5 months to see results even though this procedure claims to be "instant results". I will update this review at the 5th month mark with my final review of the doctor and the procedure. As of this moment I am very disappointed and upset. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments on my experience? Before and after photos are attached. Updated on 27 May 2020: A year later and zero results. I’m left with 10 very obvious scars. Dr Gerald Bock showed no empathy for his botched job that landed me in the emergency room for 3 days. He offered no consolation or refund.

My knees and arms were done, there is no change. This procedure does work, I have seen several pictures and will try with another Doctor. I'm 5'5" and 105 pounds, my expatations was only a 50% improvement. With the right Doctor this is a great procedure, I hope to have this done again with a doctor in San Francisco or Beverely Hills. Updated on 3 Feb 2017: I had the procedure done again with a different doctor, best results ever. See my post for the year 2017. Updated on 3 May 2018: Not the best procedure for me, hope this works for someone else.... I ended up doing BodyTight in March 2018, hope to post before and after pictures on this procedure in six months.

I'm always looking for ways to improve the appearance of the area above my knees. I purchased 8 sessions thinking more is better was I wrong, it did not work. I wish I purchased 4 sessions, noticed that there were no results and saved my money. It hurts too. I wish I knew why some procedures work wonders for some, the RN that worked on the me is really good. Updated on 30 Sep 2016: Four sessions of Tripollar and there is no change to my thigh area, save your money this does not work. It pinched and this requires follow-up. The front of my thighs is still loose and dimpling from liposuction is still evident. How I wish there is something that works for tightening. I'm 104 pounds and I'm 5'5", very toned on upper body, so I did require that much tightening.

I had Juvederm injections to plump up my lips, 5 days ago. Still a little swollen, but that’s to be expected I was told I would have swelling for 1 week. My lips felt sore for 2 days, I also have some bruising on my upper lip but lipstick covers it well. I would definitely recommend getting lips done by Dr. Bock I think he did an awesome job on my lips.
