Regret Having Brazilian Laser Treatment (I Only Had 1 Treatment) ... Will It Grow Back if I Stop Treat?

2 weeks ago I had my first and only brazilian laser hair removal treatment. Almost ALL the hair has shed (I don't know if this is normal since I read that only SOME hair sheds). I wish I would have chosen the traditional bikini style. Will my hair grow back if I stop treatment? Also, will the THIN hair that will now grow - if it does grow at all - become thick as the "lasered-off" hair if I shave? Will I be able to have a traditional bikini laser treatment?

You have nothing to worry about, normally you need a package of 6-8 treatments to see full result. In time your hair will grow back completely.

Thank you for your question. If you are still interested in doing the bikini laser treatment I don't see any reason to stop the treatments all together. Laser treatments do take multiple sessions so it is possible that some areas will grow back in depending on the extent of the damage caused to the follicles in the first brazilian treatment. You may notice that you have one hair growth cycle that is thin and a little patchy. Shaving does not make hair grow thicker or darker so shaving will not change this.

I don't think you will have significant reduction with just one treatment. Most of your hair should grow back, and most of it will be as thick as your normal hair. Shaving does not affect the density or thickness of your hair, and you will be able to have a traditional bikini laser treatment.
