What can I do to make my dorsal hump on my nose less noticeable? (Photo)

it appears that you may be a good candidate for a non surgical nose job.  These are performed using dermal filler and can last anywhere between several months to a couple of years.  Personally, I do not use permanent fillers in the nose as any adverse events that could occur are potentially more difficult to manage.  I prefer using hyaluronic acid fillers for noses, as I believe where the risks to the patient can be reduced, we should.  
It is important to bear in mind that non surgical nose jobs do not make the nose smaller, but bigger; they give the illusion of straightness which in turn makes the nose appear smaller when it actually isn't.  If you are looking to make your nose smaller, surgery is the only option.

Your best option is through surgery by lowering the bone and cartilage that makes up the hump. There are nonsurgical fillers available but I would only advise non permanent fillers for use in the nose. Fillers will also raise the height of the bridge above the hump and will need to raise the tip below the hump in order to hide it. This will make your nose appear bigger and less attractive. 

  The dorsal hump is composed of both bone and cartilage and must be shaved down in order to remove it. This will make the nose smaller  and less projecting. Fillers to the nose can accomplish building up the radix only on a temporary basis. This makes the nose taller higher,  and bigger, not smaller. There are significant complications that can occur with injections in the nose.

Non surgical procedures such as fillers like Radiesse are very helpful to improve the shape and contour of your nose, but can be temporary, and are only suitable for certain cases. Radiesse is a non-surgical option that may be able to fill the radix above your dorsal hump and reduce the appearance of the hump. The downside to this is that it may make your nose appear longer. Surgical rhinoplasty is often the best solution for a more permanent solution. From the photo you provided, it seems you would make a great candidate for non surgical rhinoplasty with Radiesse.
