Based on your facial x-ray that you posted, your nasal septum is slightly curved to your left, however, this is not severe and likely not an issue in so far as you're breathing. The X-ray appears to show enlargement of your inferior turbinates on both sides. This is more likely to cause breathing issues Compared to your nasal septum. Are you having breathing problems? If you are, then it could be related to your septum. The septum has about half the Ledgenest and skeletal component. I septoplasty generally treats, the Cartlidge part of the septum and often correct, except a deviation. It’s only partial. Official x-ray isn’t going to show Cartlidge very well, but shows the bony structure which is not typically addressed when doing a septoplasty.
If you’re not symptomatic, then I see no reason why you need to assess the outcome of your septoplasty. You’re certainly free to follow up with your plastic surgeon.
I don’t think a dentist is the correct person to assess the outcome of your rhinoplasty septoplasty surgery
