Answer: Rhinoplasty and septoplasty
A septoplasty is performed when a deviated septum is present which is blocking air flow and is submitted to insurance for medical necessity. A rhinoplasty is performed to change the shape of the nose is considered cosmetic and must be paid for by the patient's themselves

Answer: Droopy nose
It sounds like the front part of your septum is not straight, and lacks its normal connection with your tip cartilages. This can be relocated to a more normal position with a septoplasty, and your tip given better support. However you are likely to get a much more reliable result in terms of your dropped tip and crookedness by have an open tip rhinoplasty done.
