Had eyelid retraction. Is my eyelid in a normal position now or do I have ptosis? (photo)

I had eyelid retraction on my left Upper eyelid . Now im Not sure if the eyelid now has a normal Position and my right eye is too Open Or if i now have ptosis on my left. My Right eye is by the way very very often Tearing. Dont Know if this is because its too Open.

It its unlikely that more time will make more difference. The right upper eyelid is still heavy. Your have minimal double folds. Was that your goal? Often people want a little more platform exposure. Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. From one of your photos it appears you do have ptosis of one eyelid. This should be confirmed by a board certified oculoplastic surgeon. Several treatments exist for this problem. Good luck!

You have nailed the diagnosis. You have eyelid ptosis which can be cured by surgery. There are a couple different options, one of which is scarless surgery. Consult with an experienced Oculofacial plastic surgeon (Oculoplastics). Virtual consultations are available. See link below.
