Ive always been kinda unhappy with my nose. I don't think it's the worst but ive always wanted it a little smaller and less bulbous/more defined. I was wondering if a doctor could give me a price estimate based on my photo. Thank you.
Answer: Rhinoplasty Dear Sprinklusionary,Thank you for your photo and question. You would be a great candidate for rhinoplasty to define the tip of your nose. The cost of the surgery varies depending on location and doctor. I would recommend looking at many before and after photos before determining which doctor you feel comfortable with instead of basing it on the price.Best regards,Nima Shemirani

Answer: Rhinoplasty Cost Hello,Unfortunately I cannot answer this question directly. Many factors influence the price of the rhinoplasty like location of the doctor, if the doctor is specialized, revision or primary rhinoplasty, what specific procedures are being done to the nose etc. An average rhinoplasty cost in my office ranges from $8,000 to $15,000. Plastic surgeons want you to shop for a doctor who is going to have the same aesthetic eye as you. Every nose is different, and every rhinoplasty is different. You should look for a plastic surgeon who is an artist and should be a board certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty as 100% of their practice. Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Rhinoplasty cost Just by looking at your photo I would estimate a total fee of $5000 all inclusive. I perform the procedure in my own office surgery center under IV sedation. The fee could be more if the doctor has to take you to a hospital or free standing surgery center. Also if the doctor has to pay an anesthesiologist separately the price could be higher. I would chose a doctor based on experience and results. Be careful deciding based on price alone.
