Ive always been kinda unhappy with my nose. I don't think it's the worst but ive always wanted it a little smaller and less bulbous/more defined. I was wondering if a doctor could give me a price estimate based on my photo. Thank you.

Answer: Rhinoplasty cost Just by looking at your photo I would estimate a total fee of $5000 all inclusive. I perform the procedure in my own office surgery center under IV sedation. The fee could be more if the doctor has to take you to a hospital or free standing surgery center. Also if the doctor has to pay an anesthesiologist separately the price could be higher. I would chose a doctor based on experience and results. Be careful deciding based on price alone.

Revision rhinoplasty is more expensive because it is more complicated and takes longer to perform The cost of a rhinoplasty directly determined by the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in a formal operating room, time monitored under anesthesia by a physician anesthesiologist, and the surgeon's professional fees for performing the procedure in addition all of the postoperative follow-up appointments for one year.
