I had upper face botox and six hours later I ate and vomited, will the vomiting have affected the Botox?

The onset of Botox activity is a few days. But the  binding to the neuoromuscular receptor is within a few hours. By 4 hours or so, the molecular binding activity has occurred. So your vomiting event is timed after most of the injection consequences are setting up.We ask patients not to lie flat for 2 hours because of gravity and diffusion. We advise patients not to work out for 4 hours after the injection. 

No, vomiting won't make Botox migrate and won't ruin your results. It can take up to 2 weeks for final results. Hope this helps.

Good news. Vomiting 6 hours after Botox will not  affect the Botox. Within 4 hours your Botox is in place.Give the Botox 2 weeks for full effect.I hope you are feeling better.
