Dark spot, on bridge of my nose six months after a closed rhinoplasty. Is this a bruise? Discoloration? Will it go away, concealer won't cover it. Does bruising last this long? I am overall pleased with my results.

At six months after rhinoplasty you should not have any bruising.  Sometimes irregularities under the skin can create shadows but the area that you point out is not one of these. Your nose still does have swelling however. Please follow up with your surgeon and make sure that there is not a skin lesion growing on the part of your nose. Otherwise you can consider treatment of the discoloration with hydroquinone or tretinoin. Light therapy with IPL or BBL may also help. Dr. Ardeshirpour
