Dark spot, on bridge of my nose six months after a closed rhinoplasty. Is this a bruise? Discoloration? Will it go away, concealer won't cover it. Does bruising last this long? I am overall pleased with my results.

There can still be significant swelling at 6 weeks, even if it feels firm there is callous formation and bone remodeling ongoing. You should wait a full 12 even 18 months and then reassess the potential need for revision at that point.
