Would CO2 Laser for under eyes only help with both dark circles & bags? (Photo)

The most effective method to treat under eye bags is through lower blepharoplasty, a surgical procedure that involves the surgical removal and/or repositioning of the fat under the eyes.

Dark circles, in another hand, are usually treated with lasers but to effectively treat dark skin with laser surgery, it is important to choose a highly experienced laser surgeon who is knowledgeable about how to handle dark skin. When the skin is peeled, there is often an inflammatory reaction during the healing process which can cause an overproduction of brown pigment known as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. While this condition usually resolves on its own after a few months, it does require treatment. While there are methods to reduce the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, it cannot be completely eliminated, and the risk is higher for darker skin. Bleaching creams are ineffective for this matter.
