In your case, it appears there is a nodule of scar tissue on the right side. A firm bump of this type is often treated with a VBeam laser followed by an injection of Kenalog and 5-fluorouracil. Thanks for the question and photos.  You have a fairly good result but the only way to effectively flatten the remaining areas is with an erbium resurfacing laser. It will reduce the height in one session. The downtime will be significant requiring ointment for approximately 1 week. Make up will then be able to hide residual redness which may persist another 3-4 weeks. Contact a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this technology and get further information.
